About the Role In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry to update customer records and transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for our cardmembers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Accurate and efficient data entry to update customer records and transactions, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address cardmembers' inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction. Stay informed about blithequark products and services to offer relevant and insightful assistance to cardmembers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including: Proficient typing skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry, with a minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with cardmembers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a clear and concise communication style. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced virtual environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Previous customer service or data entry experience is a plus, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with blithequark products and services is advantageous, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you will need to possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for building lasting relationships with cardmembers. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems.
