About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience team. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls throughout your scheduled shift, providing top-notch service to customers with healthcare claims and enrollment inquiries.
• Develop a warm and friendly approach to build a good rapport with callers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• De-escalate and manage difficult calls with professionalism and a level-headed attitude.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer support by being attentive to detail and possessing excellent listening skills.
• Navigate multiple applications (up to 12) on one call, demonstrating strong navigation skills and the ability to quickly transition from one task to another.
• Utilize dual monitors proficiently to efficiently manage customer inquiries.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Apply knowledge of keyboard shortcuts to enhance productivity.

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reside in the US.
• Successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training with 100% attendance.
• Meet the equipment and workspace requirements, including a private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace and the necessary hardware and internet connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
