Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to customers experiencing issues with software navigation and troubleshooting via telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct thorough interviews with end-users to gather information about their problems and guide them through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.
• Log and track calls using our Call Log database, maintaining accurate history records and related problem documentation.
• Foster maximum goodwill from inbound and outbound phone transactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to regular attendance requirements for assigned shifts, demonstrating dependability and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience using blithequark software, with a strong understanding of its navigation and functionality.
• At least 2 years of tax preparation experience, providing a solid foundation in tax principles and practices.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
