About the Role: Senior Recruiter for Web3 Talent Acquisition
We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our global team and drive success in talent acquisition for our Web3, IT, sales, marketing, and editorial positions. As a Senior Recruiter at BeInCrypto, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent in the industry, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Find and close Middle/Senior-level vacancies for Web3 positions, IT, sales, marketing, and editorial roles at a rapid pace while maintaining top-notch quality.
- Onboard new hires and ensure their successful adaptation within the company.
- Share your recruiting expertise and guide hiring managers to make informed decisions.
- Train the team on candidate evaluation and planning to enhance our recruitment processes.
- Participate in exciting HR projects, such as onboarding, employee assessment, and more.
You'll Be Working Closely With:
- Chief Editor/Journalist
- Web3 Marketer (roles vary from Email Marketing Manager to Brand Director)
- Product Manager
- Designer (UX/UI, graphic)
- IT Developers
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.
- Motivated to develop your personal brand and become a community speaker in Web3 recruitment.
- A strong network in the digital sphere.
- A Web3 enthusiast with the ability to converse fluently in Web3 language.
- Excellent English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Results-oriented and proactive with a proven track record of success.
