About the Role

In this full-time position, you will have the flexibility to telecommute and work from home, taking on challenging tasks and responsibilities that impact the lives of millions of people. As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you will operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. Key Responsibilities

• Moderate work experience within own function, with some work completed without established procedures
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others, with supervision and guidance required for higher-level tasks
• Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
• Working during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business needs
• Participating in quarterly team meetings, either remotely or onsite at our Fort Worth office, depending on your location

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1 year of experience working in customer service
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to work during normal business hours, including flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends

Telecommuting Requirements

To work remotely, you will need to:

• Reside within Texas
• Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection, either through a blithequark-approved internet service or an existing high-speed internet service
• Be able to keep all company-sensitive documents secure
