Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer service calls related to patient accounting questions. When inbound call volumes are low, you may also make outbound follow-up calls on outstanding accounts receivable. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, first-call resolution to customer inquiries, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional, service-oriented manner. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with leadership to review performance opportunities, provide coaching, and continuously improve our customer care services.
