About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support to our customers.
• Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting our products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
• Ability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons.
• At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline.
• At least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media.
• Experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus.
• High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a customer-first mindset and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a strong understanding of how to analyze and improve performance.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally, with excellent attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
