Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in Ohio, working remotely with CVS. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and improving existing pharmacy business processes to meet corporate objectives and strategies. You will lead the support to pharmacies as a contact to IT resources and internal partners to ensure the highest levels of service and quality are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ADU planning and support, including coordinating scheduling, installation, and training of new ADU establishments
- Collaborate with functional improvement teams to support key development projects
- Perform ADU vendor management and provisioning of equipment and work assets to meet ADU installation, training, and support needs
- Participate in ADU/ Administering Framework upgrade projects and support special initiatives on a case-by-case basis
- Develop work aids for the field, providing step-by-step instructions to update associates on new software or processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy services environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience contributing to small and medium-scale IT projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past experience in planning and organizing installation and training of new ADU establishments
