Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy and care, and resolving potential issues.
- Deliver a warm and friendly greeting, maintain customer engagement, and offer assistance with finding products.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, processing inventory, and updating pricing information.
- Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
- Provide customer care across all departments, including pharmacy and beauty.
- Assist pharmacy staff, as required, and participate in opportunities for growth and career development.
- Promote and uphold new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous retail or customer care experience (preferred)
- Physical demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lifting and applying up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently
- Visual acuity to perform tasks, such as reading and visual inspection
