As a remote Licensed Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing consultative service to customers and educating them on personal lines P&C products.

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be an integral part of their Customer Service Center team, working closely with independent insurance agents and their customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultative service to customers, educating them on personal lines P&C products, and ensuring that their insurance protection needs are met. You will be expected to handle all calls, make informed decisions, and take appropriate action with minimal assistance from other team members or departments. You will also be responsible for processing policy and billing changes, researching and communicating underwriting guidelines and coverage requirements to agents and insureds, and recommending additional or increased coverage within specified carrier guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you must have an active Property and Casualty license or PL (Personal Lines) Producer License, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette, typing skills, active listening skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and personal lines insurance is also required.
