Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls for all GoWireless locations across the United States and making outbound calls to existing customers
- Assisting GoWireless store employees with inbound inquiries and working with sales professionals to drive sales appointments and resolutions
- Connecting with customers to discover their wireless needs and recommending new products and services
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all GoWireless and Verizon Wireless products and services
- Updating customer information in database systems and taking responsibility for achieving personal sales and appointment setting goals
- Embracing changes in our environment and being flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Prior experience in a similar environment, such as a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication, listening, and rapport-building skills
- The ability to handle upset customers and provide effective solutions
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Strong multitasking and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
