**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the front line to our customers, providing exceptional service and support as they place meal orders. **Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
* Address questions and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Input order information into the appropriate client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Document all conversations with clients into our client information database, maintaining a clear and up-to-date record of interactions
* Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file, guaranteeing that every customer receives the support they need
* Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients, providing timely and effective support
* Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed, prioritizing their needs and delivering a seamless experience
**Requirements**
* High school degree or GED
* 1 year of previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Clear oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
* Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of previous call center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
* Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
* Bilingual (English/Spanish), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations
**Physical Requirements**
* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, with the ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity
* Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
* Visual perception to perform job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
