Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible
• Utilize computer systems and software to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications

Schedule and Location

We currently have full-time shifts available, including:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
