As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of prescription orders and medical records. If you're passionate about delivering patient-centered care and have a strong commitment to quality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization * Verifying orders with clients as needed * Processing new and refill prescriptions with precision and attention to detail * Opening orders, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards * Documenting correspondence and follow-up in our system * Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to your manager * Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system * Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in our system * Assisting with research of lost or missing orders as requested by internal departments * Providing backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels * Answering incoming calls promptly and providing exceptional customer service to our clients **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements * Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred * Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred * The ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** * Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year * Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology **Why Join arenaflex?** As a 100% employee-owned company, we offer a unique opportunity for you to be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
