About the Role: Director of Customer Support (Hybrid)

We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Support. As a hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work from our Plano, TX office three days a week, while still being part of our remote-first culture. As a Director of Customer Support, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic support roadmap that enables excellent service, quality, and cost reduction within key channels.
