As a QA & Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, managing order and inventory operations, and facilitating communication across internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate customer support initiatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently. Manage order and inventory operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control, to ensure seamless logistics and minimize errors. Collaborate with purchasing and supplier teams to support contracts and optimize supplier management, driving cost savings and improving product quality. Support logistics operations through effective materials handling and stocking practices, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of products. Facilitate communication across internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency. Conduct defective product analysis to identify issues and support quality assurance efforts, driving continuous improvement and product reliability. Perform product repairs and provide technical support as needed, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and maintaining product integrity.
