The Opportunity: Evening & Weekend Sales Director Were hiring a high-performing phone closer to handle pre-set, high-intent appointments and live-transfer leads during evenings and weekends. 100% Remote no office, no commute. $36K base salary + uncapped commissions (average earnings $100K$150K+). Three-Week Rotating Schedule To ensure balanced weekday/weekend coverage, we use a 3-week repeating rotation. While calendar availability averages 50 hours per week, your actual working time never exceeds 40 hours. Ticket $6,597). • Record all activity in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) in real time. • Follow proven, ethical closing frameworks. • Participate in training, huddles, and weekly KPI reviews.
