This role will focus on the Customer Accounts workstream and may expand to additional areas based on the contractor's broader Workday skill set. As a Workday Customer Accounts Lead (Contractor), you will be responsible for leading configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday, gathering and translating healthcare-specific business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, and partnering with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes. **Responsibilities** As a Workday Customer Accounts Lead (Contractor), your key responsibilities will include: * **Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday**: You will be responsible for leading the configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday, ensuring that it meets the client's business requirements and is scalable for future growth. * **Gather and translate healthcare-specific business requirements into scalable Workday solutions**: You will work closely with client stakeholders to gather and translate their business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring that the solution meets their needs and is aligned with their business goals. * **Partner with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes**: You will partner with client stakeholders to define and optimize their invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. * **Support data validation and migration activities**: You will support data validation and migration activities, ensuring that the client's data is accurate, complete, and properly migrated to Workday. * **Collaborate across related Financials areas such as Procurement and Revenue**: You will collaborate with other Financials areas, such as Procurement and Revenue, to ensure that the client's financial processes are integrated and seamless. * **Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams**: You will provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain and support their Workday system. **Required Skills and Experience** To be successful as a Workday Customer Accounts Lead (Contractor), you will need to possess the following skills and experience: * **Active Workday Contracts to Cash certification**: You must have an active Workday Contracts to Cash certification, demonstrating your expertise in Workday's Contracts to Cash module. * **Demonstrated experience leading Customer Accounts implementations or support efforts**: You must have demonstrated experience leading Customer Accounts implementations or support efforts, with a proven track record of delivering successful results. * **Strong understanding of core AR processes within Workday**: You must have a strong understanding of core AR processes within Workday, including invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes. * **Prior experience working with healthcare clients preferred**: While not required, prior experience working with healthcare clients is preferred, as it will enable you to better understand the client's business requirements and deliver a solution that meets their needs. * **Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills**: You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with client stakeholders and manage their expectations. * **Broader Workday Financials experience is a plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities**: While not required, broader Workday Financials experience is a plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities, as you will be able to support additional areas of the Financials module. **Job Types** This is a contract position, with a duration of up to 40 hours per week based on skills and project needs. **Pay** The hourly rate for this position is $37.70 - $45.41 per hour. **Schedule** The schedule for this position is 8 hours per day, with flexibility to accommodate client needs. **Work Location** This is a remote position, with the ability to work from home. **Certification Required** To be eligible for this position, you must have an active Workday Contracts to Cash certification. **Visa Requirements** We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities to all candidates.
