About the Job We are seeking talented and passionate customer service specialists to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our customers. This remote work from home opportunity is available for candidates residing in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or clinical education. Experience with electronic documentation systems. At least 2 years of experience in technical or clinical/medical device support roles. Previous contact center experience is an asset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. To be at least 18 years old. Excellent communication and comprehension skills. The ability to type 30 words per minute and successfully pass our language/grammar screening. A reliable home internet connection with a hardwired connection (WiFi connections are not permitted). Responsibilities As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing first-level technical solutions for installation, operation, and maintenance of products. Answering inbound customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by offering personalized solutions and support. Coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure requests are handled appropriately. Scheduling service calls and following up with customers/clients to ensure issues are resolved. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures. Accurately inputting data using prescribed applications. Demonstrating exceptional call handling soft skills, including active listening, empathy, and reassurance.
