Collabera is seeking a Data Governance and Quality SAP Data Analyst to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across SAP systems. This role focuses on data profiling, quality management, and governance to support data migration and readiness for S/4HANA, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data standards and enhance overall system performance. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive data profiling to assess and improve data quality, consistency, and completeness across SAP environments • Develop and implement data quality rules, perform validation checks, and recommend corrective actions for identified issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold data governance standards and best practices • Support data migration and integration efforts, ensuring clean, structured, and accurate data readiness for S/4HANA transition • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators related to data quality and system performance • Work closely with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, etc.) to identify and resolve data-related issues • Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing data accuracy, governance, and overall system efficiency • Document data profiling methodologies, data quality rules, and related procedures; assist in preparing training materials for data management processes Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience • Minimum of 6–9 years of experience in SAP data management, with emphasis on data profiling and quality management • Strong knowledge of SAP environments such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP BW • Hands-on experience with data profiling tools such as SAP Data Services, Informatica, or similar platforms • Familiarity with data integration, migration, and transformation processes within SAP systems • Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments • Certification in SAP Data Management or related areas • Experience with scripting or automation tools to enhance data processes • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Benefits • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Life insurance • Long-term disability insurance • Short-term disability insurance • Paid parking/public transportation • Paid time off • Paid sick and safe time • Hours of paid vacation time • Weeks of paid parental leave • Paid holidays annually – as applicable Company Overview • Collabera is an end-to-end information technology services and solutions provider helping clients align their business and IT strategies.
