About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our VIP Customer Service team, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our valued clients. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of the VIP team, tracking key performance indicators, and building the brand image of our VIP managers. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills, as you will be working with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and clients.
