About the Role As a Scale Customer Success Manager for the Americas region at blithequark, you will be a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, building strong relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships. This role is crucial for customer retention and growth, acting as the client's go-to expert on product functionality and solutions. Your expertise will help clients navigate our platform, maximize its potential, and achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities Taking responsibility for the entire customer journey, from onboarding to long-term relationship management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and success. Owning client retention and expansion, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities from the Onboarding phase, and developing strategies to grow our business with existing clients. Managing implementation/onboarding projects and working with a large book of clients, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring the delivery model is focused on quality and customer success outcomes, continuously monitoring and improving processes to meet client needs. Monitoring customer complaints and providing assistance to solve any concerns or problems, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them promptly. Gathering customer feedback regularly and sharing it with our Product, Sales, Global Operations, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams to inform product development and business strategies. Educating and training customers on key information and processes to set them up for success, becoming a subject matter expert in blithequark's products and services, especially in Employer of Record, Global Payroll, and Contractor management. What You Bring to the Table Expertise in the customer lifecycle, with particular emphasis on the Onboarding phase, and a proven track record of growing and developing customers. A keen ability to understand client needs and suggest targeted solutions, with excellent attention to detail and a real passion for problem-solving and executing strategies across various technical scenarios and customer verticals. Deep understanding of the different stakeholders in your book of business and how to address them in writing, speaking, and presenting, with fluent written and spoken English and well-structured communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a readiness to work in a remote setting and adapt to new technologies and tools. Nice to Have Knowledge of how global organizations and start-ups work, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face in managing international teams. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The On-Target Earnings for this position are between $29,550 and $99,700, with a base salary that makes up 80% of the total compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy.
