Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of blithequark's clients * Providing clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations * Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries * Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions * Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues * Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies * Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Representative** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Passion for the work you do and the people you help * Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment * Self-motivation and ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (required) **Training Schedule** During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, which will be conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
