Job Overview As an Associate Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our higher education clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional partners, ensuring the effective utilization of our eTranscript SAAS technology, and driving revenue growth through renewals and expansions. Key Responsibilities Cultivate exceptional member experiences by exceeding client expectations through regular communication, strategic planning, and proactive issue resolution. Develop and execute tailored member strategies to build a deep network of relationships at all levels within client organizations and across blithequark functions. Deliver dynamic and informative presentations to clients, showcasing key results, and addressing complex issues in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, their capabilities, and how they address client business challenges. Manage a portfolio of 100-500 accounts, including timely renewals, expansions, and lead generation, to drive revenue growth and meet quantitative goals. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client experiences and align with organizational objectives. Represent blithequark's products and services accurately to clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and utilization. Develop and execute strategic customer engagement plans, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends to inform decision-making and drive client satisfaction. Essential Qualifications Postsecondary degree (BA or BS preferred) in a relevant field, such as education, business, or communications. Experience within the higher education industry, preferably in a customer-facing role, such as admissions, student affairs, or educational technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Presentation and public speaking skills, with experience delivering engaging and informative presentations to diverse audiences. Computer proficiency with MS Office and systems such as Salesforce.com, or one SIS or ERP, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms. Successful management of a caseload, with experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Ability to travel 25-30% annually, with flexibility to accommodate seasonal fluctuations in travel requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a start-up or SaaS business model environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth and innovation. Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in business, education, or a related discipline. Experience managing or selling into accounts within the education industry, with a deep understanding of the complex needs and challenges faced by educational institutions. Demonstrated successful Customer Success performance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, and a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
