Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to meet their needs Assist customers with locating products, processing transactions, and executing cash handling to standards Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments as needed Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and gather feedback to improve our services Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), to ensure a seamless shopping experience Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to maintain a well-merchandised store environment Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned to ensure inventory accuracy and store presentation Support shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements Interact with colleagues and customers in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production to expand your skill set and provide exceptional customer service Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move throughout the store Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings Preferred Qualifications Retail and/or customer service experience in a similar industry Knowledge of creative products and services, such as custom framing, art supplies, and crafting materials Experience with omni-channel retail operations and inventory management Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
