Job Responsibilities As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with Customers: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions or concerns. Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Request Assistance: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, ensuring that all customer needs are met. Call Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues and areas for improvement. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, promoting blithequark's offerings and enhancing the customer experience. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Preferred experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to Work Remotely: Self-motivation and discipline to work effectively in a virtual team environment, with minimal supervision. High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in reading, writing, and mathematics. Typing Speed and Accuracy: Ability to type 25 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions. Technical Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems, and the ability to learn new software and technologies. Work from Home Requirements To work from home as a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will need: Reliable Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and upload rate of 10.0 Mbps, with no packet loss and ping under 50ms. ISP Requirements: An internet service provider that meets our technical requirements, with no satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections.
