Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve escalated queries from business customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, billing, operations, and other relevant departments, to solve complex customer issues and ensure seamless resolution. Ensure all customer interactions are tracked, and issues are resolved within established service-level agreements (SLAs), maintaining high CSAT (>90%) and QA scores. Provide professional, empathetic service to enterprise clients, particularly during high-stakes situations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with our services. Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed and effective support to our clients. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3-4+ years of experience providing specialized customer support, preferably in a B2B environment, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software setting. Proven experience managing escalations and maintaining strong relationships with business customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Experience working towards High CSAT (>90%) and QA scores in B2B environments, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. Ability to handle an average of 30+ calls and 15+ emails daily, with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and effective communication with our clients. Familiarity with SLA management and complex customer issue resolution, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
