Job Overview The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the face of blithequark, often being the first point of contact for our customers. As a CSR, you will provide inbound phone support to blithequark members throughout their membership lifespan. Your primary goal will be to offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, leveraging your thorough understanding of blithequark practices and procedures. This role requires a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via inbound phone support Offer solutions and support to meet customer needs, ensuring a unique and personalized experience Answer and place calls in a professional manner, maintaining a high level of call quality and productivity Focus on achieving "1st call resolution" to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency Utilize company resources to gather information and provide solutions to meet customer needs Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment Work Schedule and Environment This role will operate on a 10am-7pm remote work shift after completing the training program. As a remote worker, you will be expected to maintain a professional and dedicated workspace, ensuring minimal distractions and maximum productivity.
