Execute targeted marketing initiatives in coordination with headquarters, promoting blithequark's programs and services to potential clients. Manage crisis situations and conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved. Assist families and Au Pairs with conflict resolution and issue management, providing expert guidance and support. Your projected annual income will be up to $4,500 for an area with six active families, with the potential to increase to $9,300 or more as you grow your roster.
