As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch customer service and support while working remotely. Position Overview As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and veterinary teams. You'll be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, answering client inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a compassionate veterinary team while working remotely and enjoying a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Remote Work Arrangement: This is a remote position, and you will not be working at a practice. You'll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. Flexibility: Flexibility is essential for success in this role. You'll need to be able to adapt to changing priorities and workflows. Part-time Availability: Part-time availability is expected, and you'll need to be able to work a set number of hours per week. Time Zone: You must be able to work across all U.S. time zones and be available to work until 10:00 PM EST. Multi-Tasking: You'll assist multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills. Communication: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat. Appointment Scheduling: You'll schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services, ensuring seamless communication between clients and veterinary teams. Record-Keeping: You'll maintain accurate records and files for clients and pets, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Payment Processing: You'll process payments and manage client billing inquiries, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Medical Records: You'll assist in handling medical records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Client Education: You'll provide information about services, procedures, and pet care, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaboration: You'll collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations, requiring excellent teamwork and communication skills. Follow-up: You'll follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care, ensuring excellent customer service and support. Requirements and Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary practice; Urgent Care or emergency experience is preferred. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and veterinary software, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Internet Requirements: A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 9 Mbps upload speed is required.
