As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to deliver world-class support that makes a real difference in our clients' customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Dutch and English * Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and language expertise * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and customer experience guidelines **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Fluency in Dutch and English (business level) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Experience handling 3-5 customers at once in a chat environment * A calm, kind, and quick-thinking demeanor under pressure * A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences * A Windows 10+ computer (laptop or desktop) with a webcam and smartphone * Reliable internet (at least 25 Mbps) and 8 GB of RAM (or more) * Dual monitors are strongly recommended **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous in this role: * Previous experience in customer support or a related field * Familiarity with music streaming platforms or the entertainment industry * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote team member, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you meet our production hour requirements.
