Job Overview In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in real-time. You will interact daily with visitors on our client's websites through online chat software, delivering exceptional customer support and promoting our client's products and services. Your ability to handle multiple incoming requests, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor will be essential to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary. Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and in a timely manner. Promote interest in client products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate. Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, ensuring that our brand values are consistently represented. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
