Job Summary As a Dedicated Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our members with their behavioral health needs. You'll be responsible for providing advocate care, educating members on online resources, and guiding them through their plan of benefits and Aetna policy and procedures. Key Responsibilities * Creates an emotional connection with our members by understanding and engaging with them to champion for their best health. * Takes accountability to fully understand the member's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member. * Anticipates customer needs and provides proactive support. * Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible. * Performs financial data maintenance as necessary. * Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract. Required Qualifications * 1-3 years of Customer Service experience within a Call Center atmosphere. * High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications * Previous Behavioral Health experience. * Associates Degree. * Medical or Insurance background. Education and Training * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Ongoing training and education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
