Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Support Specialist to join our property management division. As the first point of contact for our tenants, property owners, and prospective residents, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding support to our property managers, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours, providing prompt and courteous service to our clients. Pre-screen inbound calls based on motivation level and property details, scheduling appointments and ensuring effective communication with our property managers. Fulfill tasks as requested by property managers, prioritizing multiple tasks and executing each with efficiency and accuracy. Enter all calls into our logging system, routing them to the appropriate team member and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and adhering to best practices. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will require: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
