Strong technical skills and proficiency with web chat platforms and tools, including experience with chatbots, AI-powered chat tools, and other emerging technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
