Our business objective is to provide best-in-class roadside assistance to all our members. With a revolutionary technology platform that takes the guesswork out of the job, we're looking for talented individuals who can utilize modern technology to perform basic tasks such as address location, research, and basic typing. • *Job Summary** As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for members in need of roadside assistance. You'll take inbound calls, ask essential questions to understand each member's unique situation, and navigate our computer program to locate each member and identify nearby service providers.
