Our team of passionate professionals is committed to making a difference in the lives of others, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Opportunity** As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. You'll provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring that every interaction is clear, complete, accurate, and objective.
