Job Overview As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and providing support via inbound and outbound calls. Your daily activities will include setting appointments, performing presentations to union members, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be involved in quality control and leadership development, ensuring that our high standards of customer satisfaction are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Make outbound calls to union members to discuss benefits and set appointments Conduct presentations to union members, highlighting the value of our supplemental benefits Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork in a timely fashion Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service standards Engage in leadership development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
