About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a positive outlook on every call. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' requests in a timely and professional manner Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously striving for excellence Essential Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D., with a strong foundation in communication and customer service Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with a strong focus on data entry and record-keeping Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of quality requirements and standards Must be able to pass a background check, with a clean record and a commitment to upholding blithequark's values and principles Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both English and Standard French, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both languages Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the home improvement industry, with a strong understanding of lead and workflow management Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong ability to navigate and utilize technology Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
