Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Architect to join our professional services team. As a seasoned expert in Dynamics 365 and F&O engineering, architecture, or similar roles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics F&O deployments, as well as facilitating smooth migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Your technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics F&O (cloud) will be essential in delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Dynamics F&O deployments, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems and smooth migration to D365 F&O Facilitate the development of comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions, ensuring knowledge transfer and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 functionality Develop and deliver technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring that clients and internal teams are equipped to maximize the benefits of our solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 and F&O, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our services Essential Qualifications Proven track record in Dynamics 365 and F&O engineering, architecture, or similar roles, with a strong technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics F&O (cloud) Experience with Customer Engagement, including implementations, management, and integration with third-party systems Demonstrated expertise in ERP software, including system architecture, best practices, and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub) Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts and fostering productive collaboration with clients and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems, including knowledge of system integration techniques and Starter Kit configuration In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development, including modules such as Customer Service and Omnichannel Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices, including experience with version control systems and development tools Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations, with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices, including experience with system integration and interfacing with third-party systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
