Key Responsibilities Handle chat support for blithequark customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries, providing empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns. Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions to ensure that all issues are properly documented and resolved. Follow process compliance and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams to ensure that customers receive timely and effective solutions. Meet productivity and quality benchmarks, consistently delivering high-quality support and service to our customers. Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience. Work Details This is a full-time role that requires availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings. You will work 9 hours a day, including breaks, 6 days a week, from the comfort of your own home. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain qualifications and skills, including: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Proficient in Hindi and English communication, with excellent verbal and written skills. Must own a desktop/laptop with a stable internet connection and UPS backup, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home.
