About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent) to join our marketing team. As a LiveChat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our website visitors, connecting with them through live chat and helping to validate and prequalify leads. This is a remote, full-time position, with a preference for candidates located near our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities Engage in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, providing timely and informative responses to their inquiries Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and efficient lead tracking and management Transition qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities, facilitating seamless handovers and maximizing conversion rates Become an expert in the live chat platform, developing a deep understanding of its features and capabilities to optimize performance and customer engagement Stay up-to-date on blithequark's product features, promotions, and FAQs, ensuring that you can provide accurate and relevant information to customers Create canned responses and enhance the tagging system in the live chat platform, streamlining communication and improving response times Develop and communicate ideas for improvement in our customer journey, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our marketing strategies and customer experiences Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, volume, and schedule, using data to inform decisions and drive improvements Collaborate with the sales team and key marketing team members to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our lead generation and conversion efforts Perform other assigned tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Essential Qualifications Commercial modular construction industry experience is preferred, although not essential Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success in similar roles Salesforce.com experience is preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our CRM system Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages Keen ability to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality results Customer service oriented, with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries and concerns Proficient in MS Office, with a minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, with an understanding of how to leverage live chat to drive conversions and revenue growth Familiarity with KPIs and data analysis, with the ability to use insights to inform decisions and optimize performance Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints and concerns Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement.
