About the Role As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. You will also have the opportunity to interact with other staff members, make recommendations for process improvements, and perform basic office duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images Identify document types based on provided documentation Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards Professionally interact with other staff members as needed Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes Work until all tasks are completed for the day Perform other basic office duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to read and speak English fluently. Additionally, you will need to meet the following requirements: Essential Qualifications: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and move quickly Ability to stay focused and on-task High attention to detail while being efficient Quick learner, ability to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed Required to maintain confidentiality of client data Must be able to read and speak English WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy Permanent Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Familiarity with the QuickClaim system or similar software Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What blithequark Offers At blithequark, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits and perks to support their growth and well-being.
