Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Store Operations, you'll be responsible for: * Providing analytical problem-solving support to the Commercial and Medicare Appeals and Grievances staff * Serving as a central point of contact for staff both inside and outside of Appeals and Grievances * Utilizing knowledge of current business practices, policies, systems, procedures, and testing tools and practices to provide innovative solutions to business problems * Analyzing and researching data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of ongoing product and regulatory support * Assisting in the coordination of activities related to maintaining regulatory compliance * Analyzing, researching, making suggestions for, and implementing changes to processing procedures to make the department's overall operations more efficient * Supporting all training and documentation efforts * Translating and/or interpreting technical material for use in everyday appeals * Responding to questions and concerns raised by a variety of employees in appeals, other Plan departments, and external business partners * Carrying out a variety of varied tasks related to job responsibilities, such as meetings, biweekly reports, new developments, and so on * Offering help to the division by assisting with investigating/settling specialty requests as mentioned by the executives and handling different obligations as allocated * Contributing to the research, evaluation, organization, and creation of policies and procedures based on the identified training requirements * Serving as the unit's subject matter expert for Facets' customer service inquiry module and appeals module configuration * Preparing up-to-date, in-depth exercises and labs for new employees and supporting refresher training * Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of corporate and regulatory requirements for compliance with federal and state regulations * Supporting data validation and universe pulls through data analysis and reporting * Serving as the department's subject matter expert for Medicare and commercial compliance activities * Aiding in the department's research and resolution of independent analysis-identified trends when requested by management * Conducting peer reviews and documenting findings as assigned * Supporting the audit * Mentoring new employees and employees undergoing cross-training at the desk * Providing peers with functional training as dictated by workload * Receiving and analyzing performance metrics and other forms of communication from other departments * Providing assistance to external vendors to ascertain the impact on the department and the actions that are required * Assisting with programs for training * Frequently communicating to share resources with training staff and management * Demonstrating support for established company policies and procedures regarding service appeals * Arranging any necessary additional materials * Providing technical support for all PC and LAN systems, including Windows, the mainframe, MS Office, FACETS, PBM, and other systems that require access **Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required;
