Enter information from incoming cases into the computer system, generating work tickets and coding cases for data entry purposes. Make necessary adjustments to computer work tickets, such as placing cases on hold, changing dates, or updating codes, to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency. Scan paperwork for each case, ensuring electronic storage and easy retrieval of documents. Retrieve previous paperwork from files as needed for case information or reworks, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and courteous manner, routing calls to the appropriate resource and processing orders, forms, and customer requests. Understand and adhere to the case flow schedule of operations, ensuring timely and effective case management. Perform all other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team goals. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you should possess: Proficiency in relevant computer applications, with excellent data entry and typing skills. Essential Experience We require candidates to have at least 1 year of experience in: Data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
