Job Overview This remote position is responsible for assisting with return mail operations, including triaging, identifying, and querying new address information for correspondence using a variety of internal and external resources and databases. As a Data Entry Associate Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our address verification processes, and providing exceptional customer service to our members through outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities Assist with return mail operations, including triaging, identifying, and querying new address information for correspondence using internal and external resources and databases Make outbound phone calls to members to verify address information and provide exceptional customer service Utilize multiple database programs and platforms to accurately and efficiently enter and update member information Apply critical thinking and attention to detail to resolve address discrepancies and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient address verification processes Meet productivity and quality standards, and consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and data entry Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience: High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry skills, with experience using multiple database programs and platforms Call center experience, with clear communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach Critical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to apply these skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Medicare experience, with a strong understanding of address verification processes and procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these skills in a data-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external members Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to excellence in customer service and data entry Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter and update member information Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to members through outbound phone calls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these skills in a data-driven environment Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to excellence in customer service and data entry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external members Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and learning.
