Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at blithequark. Your Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Provide accurate and helpful information about our courses, services, and educational resources, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings and can make informed decisions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform, working collaboratively with our technical team to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring that all customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to our internal teams, helping us to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience. Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through our offerings, ensuring that they have a smooth and seamless transition into our community. Requirements Position Requirements: Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the online education or eCommerce industries, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, including helpdesk systems, chatbots, and social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers, with a strong ability to understand and address their needs and concerns. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
