About the Role: Customer Experience Agent The Customer Experience team at blithequark is responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary objective will be to interact with buyers and sellers, resolve customer issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to any problems that may arise. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include: Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all users Resolving customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and effective manner Becoming an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users Working with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions and issues Seeking out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to making a positive impact on our users. Some of the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for include: 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services Weekend availability required Fluent in English Secondary language preferred, in particular French, German, or Dutch Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom Obsession with customers and a passion for delivering exceptional service Proactive problem-solver and process-improver Knowledge of collectibles is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Previous start-up experience is a plus What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits and perks that support their well-being, growth, and development.
