As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform, and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion. If you have a passion for education technology, a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, and a drive to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain deep, trusted relationships with our partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met throughout the customer lifecycle. * **Value Realization:** Collaborate with partners to set and achieve clear success goals, including high product adoption and utilization, and own delivery of those goals.
