About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption and expansion of our solution with your assigned accounts. You will serve as the internal voice of the customer, working closely with other blithequark teams and partners to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional results. Your passion for customer success, combined with your expertise in marketing, CDP/Tag Management/MarTech, or a similar SaaS environment, will enable you to make a significant impact on our customers' businesses and drive long-term growth and success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and expansion Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in customer success Participate in sales calls, product demos, and other customer-facing activities to promote blithequark's solution and build trust with customers Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer success strategies Requirements Fluency in German and English is essential for this role At least 2+ years of recent experience in Professional Services/Consulting/Customer Success/Business Development is required Experience in Marketing, CDP/Tag Management/MarTech, or a similar SaaS environment is highly preferred Experience working with enterprise customers is also preferred, although not essential A strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption and expansion Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze customer data and feedback to drive insights and optimization What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits and perks that support their well-being, growth, and success.
